Let me take you back to where it all began…
I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the early 90’s to the most amazing, hard working, wonderful mother. She married my step-father and we moved to Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula when I was 4 years old. I was fortunate to have such an incredible family and grow up where I did. I was raised by a strict, but loving Italian-American family who introduced me at a very young age to gnocchi. It’s a family staple and something everyone needs to eat at least once in their lifetime.
I graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies with an emphasis on Criminal Justice. While attending NMU I also became a certified ESL Teacher. I spent the following years travelling, working and trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.
I’m currently a graduate student at Grand Canyon University pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology. I never thought I would take the route I’ve chosen, but I’m grateful for the life experiences I’ve had that led me in this direction.
I have a passion for drawing, painting, designing, dancing, singing, writing, music, art, travel, and that just covers the surface. To be honest, there are so many things I love that bring me enjoyment. I want to do EVERYTHING. And that’s why I decided to create this blog. I want to share these passions with other people and I can only hope to inspire others to be their best selves, pursue their passions and never let anyone dull their shine.
